1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 In the event you receive a service that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team.
1.2 Upon receiving your complaint, iFinance Tutor shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If iFinance Tutor is convinced that the complaint is genuine, iFinance Tutor will request for a replacement of service. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the services, other than not requesting the seller for a replacement, iFinance Tutor reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by iFinance Tutor in this regard.
1.3 Before placing any order, kindly book the FREE consultation session about your research project. If you observe that the service is not inline with your requirements, WE requests you to refuse or do not place the order.
